Who We Are
Whole Pet Foods and PetClick.com are one! Founded in 1998, PetClick.com Naturals was the first nationally distributed online retailer of natural, holistic, organic and super premium pet foods and products in North America.

Since 2002 we have served our customers through our Whole Pet Foods and PetClick.com online channels, merging the two in the fall of 2006. Our company remains the same, merged under the Whole Pet Foods banner that has served the majority of our customers nationwide since Summer 2002.

Where we are
We are an Oregon Corporation headquartered in Portland, Oregon: we operate and ship from warehouses in over a dozen states throughout the United States to service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your order will likely be fulfilled from a warehouse near you, and your shipment may be split among several warehouses depending upon your specific order. In such a case we will provide you with tracking information for each shipment in your order.

Our Mission
Whole Pet Foods remains the only nationally distributed source of healthy pet foods and superior pet products online in North America. We are dedicated to providing only all natural pet foods free from the chemical preservatives and harmful, unnecessary fillers and by-products so common in commercial pet foods today. Our mission is to help provide healthy alternatives for better animal wellness, and human education.

Financials
Whole Pet Foods is a privately held limited liability partnership. We do not release financial information to the general public. Whole Pet Foods attained profitability in June 1999 and has enjoyed consistent revenue growth in each quarter since. We have no plans for a public offering.

Whole Pet Foods is uniquely positioned to solve the time consuming problem of researching, locating, purchasing, and delivering holistic and all-natural pet foods. Through its proprietary network Whole Pet Foods is able to deliver product and information to consumers in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Our Value Proposition

1. Improve accessibility of holistic and all-natural pet foods. Our simple website makes it easy to find, research, and order hard-to-find foods.

2. Educate consumers on what is in pet foods and their proper use. Most consumers are unaware that almost all major pet foods are owned by multinational corporations. Pet foods are a way for them to make a profit off of the by-products produced during the manufacturing of human foods. Clever use of waste but not healthy for pets.

3. Empower customers to better maintain their pet's health. There are many health problems that pet have that are caused or enhanced by improper nutrition. Though a better understanding of a pet's nutritional needs consumers can make sure their pet has a long and healthy life.

4. Optimize the pet experience for consumers. The average consumer spends 45 - 60 minutes around the selection, purchase, and delivery processes associated with their pet's food. Eliminate this waste of your time with a subscription for a recurring delivery of pet food and spend the time you save playing with your pet.


Shipping: most orders ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified, such as with custom or hand crafted items. We frequently are able to ship many orders within 24 hours.

Whole Pet Foods policies for returns and refunds

1. Return Instructions: You may return unopened items within 30 days of ship date. Opened food items cannot be returned except in the case of damaged, defective or spoiled merchandise (see below). All returns must include manufacturer’s original packaging, all accessories, manuals, documents and warranty cards. Please DO NOT write on the manufacturer’s box. Send your return via pre-paid carrier.

To return an order click here to email Whole Pet Foods customer support: include your order number and reason for return. You will be sent the correct warehouse address for your return and a return (RMA) number. You will be refunded for the cost of goods sold directly to the credit card used for the original transaction within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise that is returned in compliance with the return instructions above; please allow 3-5 business days for this credit to be processed by your financial institution.

2. Damaged, defective or spoiled merchandise: in the case your item has arrived in one of the aforementioned conditions, we will file an investigative claim on your behalf with either the carrier (UPS or FedEx) or with the manufacturer of your item(s) directly. We will provide you with additional instructions as your package will be collected by agents of either the carrier or manufacturer directly for investigation.

In the event your item has been damaged in transit, or arrives defective or spoiled we will be pleased to reship your order; should you prefer a refund, the refunding of your order will be facilitated by Whole Pet Foods in the case of a successful carrier claim, or by the manufacturer directly in the case of damaged/spoiled claim.
